Mindler does not have a direct messaging function between clients and therapists. Therapists can send messages to clients and call them directly. If you need to send a message to your therapist, please contact Customer Support, who will ensure it is received and addressed. This system allows for more frequent monitoring of messages and ensures that communication is managed efficiently, especially as not all therapists work full-time.
We also ask that you do not attempt to contact therapists through personal email or other external channels, as these are not secure methods of communication. Using our platform ensures that your data remains protected and that messages are handled appropriately.
