Your mobile number is used to send you a verification code so that you can log into the Mindler app. Clinicians may also use your mobile number for telephone communication outside of your arranged sessions, if you have not attended or cancelled an arranged session, or if you have not booked a session in a while. This is in line with their duty of care, as they have a responsibility to ensure their client's safety and wellbeing.
